Free Paddle Returns Australia-Wide
Try any paddle for up to 30 days. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll cover the return shipping.
Paddles must be returned in light “trial condition”.

Change-of-Mind Returns (Non-Paddle Products)
Accessories, apparel and equipment can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping for these items is covered by the customer.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If anything arrives damaged, email hello@thepickleballstudio.com.au with photos and your order number. We’ll sort a replacement or refund quickly.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your address. Contact us as soon as possible.
