Free Paddle Returns Australia-Wide

Try it risk-free for 30 days. If it’s not right for you, we’ll cover the return shipping.
Choosing the right paddle is personal, so we make it simple. Try any paddle for up to 30 days and if it’s not the perfect fit, we’ll send you a free return label. This applies to all paddles over $120.

How the 30-Day Paddle Trial Works

  1. Buy any eligible paddle on our site.
  2. Try it for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
  3. If it’s not right for you, contact us and we’ll email you a free return label.
  4. Drop it at any Australia Post location.
  5. Choose a different paddle or request a store credit or refund.

Paddles Must Be in “Trial Condition”

To keep the program fair for all players, paddles must meet these conditions:

  • Protective plastic on the handle must remain on
  • No chips, dents, bumper scratches or damage
  • No marks from edge-guard tape, overgrips, lead tape or accessories
  • No visible play-wear or signs of misuse
  • Original packaging must be returned

If the paddle comes back in a condition that falls outside normal light testing, it won’t qualify for a refund and will be returned to you.


Change-of-Mind Returns (Non-Paddle Products)

If you change your mind on accessories, apparel or equipment, you can return them within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is covered by the customer
  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, we’ll look after you.

Please email us at hello@thepickleballstudio.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or video (if possible)

We’ll assess your claim and advise whether a replacement, refund or repair will be issued. If the item is confirmed faulty or not as described, we cover return shipping in full.

How to Return a Faulty Item

  1. Email us at hello@thepickleballstudio.com.au
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photos
  3. Wait for our team’s instructions before sending anything back


Refund Processing

Once your return arrives and is inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • You’ll be notified by email when your refund is complete
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method


Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to keep the original packaging?
Yes. Original packaging is required for all returns.

Can I return a paddle if I’ve used it on court?
You can lightly test the paddle during the 30-day trial. It must be returned without damage, deep marks, edge-guard wear, tape residue or removed handle plastic. If the paddle comes back with wear or changes beyond normal light testing, it won’t be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you.

Do you offer exchanges instead of refunds?
Yes. Many players use the free return to upgrade or switch to a better-suited paddle.

How long does return shipping take?
Most returns arrive within 5–7 days via Australia Post.

What if my paddle is damaged from shipping?
Contact us with photos and we’ll replace it at no cost.
