Purchase a return label from your nearest Australia Post office, attach it to the original packaging, and return the parcel by dropping it off at any Australia Post location.
Please allow 5-7 days for returns to arrive back to The Pickleball Studio.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, or develops a fault within a reasonable time after purchase:
- Contact us at hello@thepickleballstudio.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.
- We will assess your claim and let you know whether a refund, replacement, or repair will be provided.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
How to Return a Faulty Item
To initiate a return for a faulty or incorrect item, email us at hello@thepickleballstudio.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)

Refunds
- To qualify for a full refund, all paddles must be in new condition, showing no signs of use, such as removed handle plastic or scuffs on the bumper guard.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days.
- We will notify you once your refund has been processed.
