How long does delivery take?
Standard: 2–7 business days

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $120 ship free Australia-wide.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we currently have two Sydney locations:

Do you offer same-day delivery or next-day pick-up?
Yes, we can ship out your order on the same day if placed before 12pm. Next-day pick-up is available.
Do you deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers?
Yes. We deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers and residential addresses across Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to over 200 countries. Rates are calculated at checkout.
How long do international orders take?
Most orders arrive in 7–21 business days. Times vary by destination.
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
International customers may need to pay duties or taxes set by their local customs office.
When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is shipped.
What happens if my parcel is delayed?
Carrier delays can occur. If your order seems delayed, contact us and we’ll assist you.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
How does the 30-day paddle trial work?
Try any eligible paddle for up to 30 days. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll email you a free return label and you can choose a refund, store credit or exchange.
What condition must the paddle be in to qualify?
The paddle must be in trial condition, meaning lightly tested with:
• handle plastic still intact
• no deep marks, chips or dents
• no edge-guard damage
• no tape residue
• no modifications
• original packaging included
If the paddle falls outside these guidelines, it won’t qualify for a trial refund and will be returned to you.
Can I return accessories or apparel?
Yes. Accessories, apparel and equipment can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is covered by the customer.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return arrives and is inspected.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email us at hello@thepickleballstudio.com.au with your order number, photos and details.
If confirmed faulty, we’ll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement, refund or repair.

How do I choose the right paddle?
You can use our Paddle Finder or message our team for assistance.
We’ll recommend the right paddle based on your level, swing speed and playing style.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We are an authorised Australian retailer for CRBN, Six Zero, Joola, Selkirk, Engage and more.
Can I try paddles in-store before buying?
Yes. Both stores offer an in-store trial area where you can test paddles before purchasing. You can compare different shapes, weights and surfaces, and our team can help you match a paddle to your playing style. Try Before You Buy is free and available during normal store hours.
Which paddles can I try in-store?
In the Pickleball Studio flagship store at Lansvale, you can try our entire range of pickleball paddles against a dedicated hitting wall.
In our in-court store at Pro Pickle Waterloo, we have several performance pickleball paddles for demo. Our demo lineup includes:

• CRBN 1X
• CRBN 2X
• Six Zero Double Black Diamond Control
At Pro Pickle Waterloo, you can test the above-mentioned paddles in a real pickleball game when a court is available.
What’s the difference between carbon fibre, foam core and other paddle types?
Carbon fibre: control + spin with durability
Foam core: softer feel + stability
Hybrid constructions: power + control balance
Are beginner paddles different from advanced paddles?
Yes. Beginner paddles are usually lighter and easier to control, while advanced paddles offer more spin, stability and power.
Do your paddles come with a warranty?
Yes. Most paddles come with a manufacturer warranty. Warranty length varies by brand.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards, PayPal and buy now pay later options such as Afterpay.
Can I use Afterpay?
Yes. We offer Afterpay to make it easier to get the right paddle now and spread the cost over simple instalments.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, standard returns policy applies.
Can I edit my order after it’s placed?
Yes, if the order hasn’t shipped. Contact us as soon as possible.
Price Match Guarantee
How does your price match work?
If you find a lower advertised Australian price on the same product, email us the link and we’ll match it.
What prices aren’t eligible?
We don’t match clearance sales, marketplace listings or overseas retailers.
How do I request a price match?
