Australia-Wide Free Shipping for Purchases $120 and Above

Shipping within Australia is free for purchases $120 and above. For purchases below $120, the following shipping rates apply:

    • Standard (2 to 7 days) - $6.95

    • Express (1 to 4 days) - $11.95

All orders are dispatched from Sydney.

Orders received before our daily cut-off are processed within one (1) business day. Delivery times depend on your location, but most customers receive their orders within 2 to 7 business days using standard shipping. If you prefer faster arrival or shorter waiting period, opt for the Express Delivery upon checkout.

 

International Shipping, Customs Duties, & Taxes

The Pickleball Studio ships to over 200 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. 

International customers may be required to pay customs duties or taxes once the order arrives in their country.
These fees are set by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping rates. The additional fees, duties, and taxes will be shouldered by the customer.

Delivery delays can happen due to public holidays, weather, carrier workload, or other circumstances that may be out of our control. If your parcel seems delayed, contact us and we’ll help track it down.

If your item arrives damaged from transit, we’ll look after you. Please email us at hello@pickleballstudio.com.au with the following attachments:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Photos and videos of the damages in the product

 We will assess your claim and advise whether a replacement or refund will be issued. If the item is confirmed faulty, we will cover the return shipping in full.

If your order hasn’t been sent for shipping, we can update your address. Contact us as soon as possible. However, if your order has been dispatched, you can no longer change the shipping address.
